Returns & Refunds
You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please refer to the following answered questions for details on the return process.
Please be aware that if your return is sent back to us after the 15th day following receipt, we reserve the right to return the order to you.

Upon returning your order, you will receive a full refund of the order amount. However, please note that you are responsible for covering any associated shipping costs.
Taxes
For deliveries outside Europe, import duties (such as fees, import duties, VAT) may apply, determined by the destination country. These charges are calculated based on the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods, and are imposed upon the arrival of your package in your country.
While Ocean Club withholds duties and taxes during the checkout process, it cannot accurately predict the exact amount of potential duties you may incur. We ship with DHL and endeavor to ensure that your order is delivered without any additional payments for duties and taxes after checkout on our website.
If additional duties are imposed, they must be settled to clear your package. The customer is responsible for covering these costs. For further details on your country's policies, please reach out to your local customs office.
